As silent as a mirror is believed…
Again, I found a bunch of lovely vintage inspiration in the Etsy today (and Taste Test is addicting!) – probably because I spend so much time sifting through antiquities (like glass vintage apothecary bottles), looking for oddities and curios.

Inspired by this:
| As silent as a mirror is believed Realities plunge in silence by . . .I am not ready for repentance; Nor to match regrets. For the moth Bends no more than the still Imploring flame. And tremorous In the white falling flakes Kisses are,– The only worth all granting. It is to be learned– Twice and twice Then, drop by caustic drop, a perfect cry |
Legend, by Harold Hart Crane
I’m surrounded by the lore of all things old – the calling of dusty books and antiquities. Today’s inspiration is brought to you by that, and the letter B.
